Engineered for Efficiency: Fast Setup, Low Operating Costs, High Hygiene

The need for clean water is becoming an issue of global concern and for a commercial institution, this issue extends beyond water quality to include the total cost of owning and operating the system. Old, conventional machines are effective in only one aspect while faltering in others. Armed with great knowledge and vast experience, Aquatal has emerged as an international leader in water treatment, offering state-of-the-art solutions in every water filtration and purification need.

Color-coded tubing and pre-tested components speed up commercial installation

Conventional water treatment systems often arrive with unmarked tubes, unclear connections and no indication of the order of connecting one tube to another. Manuals get misplaced, diagrams are confusing to interpret and connections are often made erroneously, resulting in water wastage, equipment damage and numerous hours of troubleshooting. Time spent on installation for commercial institutions has direct financial consequences since it leads to business disruption and losses.

Aquatal systems have overcome these issues with meticulous design. The exterior connections have clear visual distinction between each color coded tube based on the function of the tube. Blue tube signifies the product water; red colored tube stands for the incoming feed water while green or yellow tube carries concentrate or waste lines. Each tube is marked with a clear label on both ends of it and the main panel has a laminated quick reference diagram indicating precisely how to connect the color coded tube to a service.

In addition to these user-friendly connections, all Aquatal systems are completely assembled and tested at the factory prior to being crated. Internal plumbing, pump, valve and the control electronics are all pre-tested at the factory and tested to determine any possible leaks by operating at the actual pressure. At the client’s premises, installation is as simple as setting up the machine, connecting the color coded tubes, plugging it in.

Energy-efficient coolers and smart leak protection lower long-term expenses

The purchase price of water treatment equipment is not the only factor determining the overall cost of ownership; electricity, water wastage and possible damage due to leakages add up to thousands of dollars.

Old models of water coolers use standard speed compressors that do not save power when no one uses the machine but instead continue to consume unnecessary electricity when the temperature is too low. Our advanced models use variable speed coolers that adjust their rate of operation according to need. Power consumption is significantly reduced during periods of low demand but the water remains cool. Great insulation means the water stays cool for hours. The system saves up to 50% of energy compared to old models.

Smart leak protection minimizes costs from unexpected water damage. Unchecked leakage might cause water damage, mold formation and interruption of business activities. A continuously monitored moisture sensor immediately activates the shut-off valve as soon as leakage is detected. It is followed by an audible warning. This feature prevents small problems from developing into major disasters, especially in cases like schools where everyone leaves for the weekend or busy offices that operate late at night.

Touchless dispensing with antimicrobial materials ensures user safety and cleanliness

A well-designed and efficient water system is ineffective if its point of use compromises the purity of the water. Older models have push buttons and levers that are touched hundreds of times by numerous people each day. Each touch point is a source of bacterial, viral and other contaminations.

The touchless water dispensers, on the other hand, completely remove this point of common usage. These systems activate the flow of water when a cup or hand is detected in front of the sensors and stop it once the cup is taken away. There are no touch points and the spread of germs is eliminated. The external panels have no gaps or surfaces where germs could hide and are easy to clean. The system also meets all relevant NSF/ANSI 61 standards thereby guaranteeing safe water delivery.
