Ready-to-Install Commercial RO Systems for Fast Setup

Clean water is quickly becoming a topic of great global interest. For businesses, clinics, schools and food services, installing commercial reverse osmosis systems is often perceived as a large undertaking. Traditional RO systems are delivered in pieces, requiring on-site setup by skilled technicians, lengthy pressure testing and frequent unexpected delays caused by leaky fittings or misaligned parts. Downtime represents lost revenue and interruption of services. For more than a decade, Aquatal has dedicated itself to engineering water treatment systems that meet the demands of commercial environments-where time and reliability are critical requirements. Our ready-to-install commercial RO systems are designed to completely revolutionize your installation experience.

Factory-assembled and leak-tested units eliminate on-site pressure testing

The single most time consuming activity of traditional RO installation is the pressure test. Typically, technicians connect all the individual parts and tighten hundreds of fittings. The entire system is filled and pressurized with the system running at operational pressure until the system is verified leak-free. Even a small leak that continues to drip requires more time to track down and repair. Our process has been simplified. Each and every commercial RO system is fully assembled in our factory with its internal tubing, membrane housings, pump and control mechanisms mounted directly on a frame before it is tested, crated and shipped out from our factory. Crucially, prior to shipping, every system is pressure tested for leaks at normal operating pressure to ensure that every fitting in the entire unit has been torqued down properly, every seal is snug, and every section is verified as leak-proof.

When the system reaches your business, there's no searching for small drips or wondering whether or not the connections were correctly tightened, it's just a plug-in away. For installation teams this represents a tremendous decrease in labor hours and is a great benefit over an entire day installation. A full day install is reduced to a morning's work. This allows the business owners to cut down considerably on the time they would have otherwise needed for installation. Factory pressure testing procedures not only include verification of pressure integrity but also flow and control component testing to ensure your system performs at its best when powered on. Our company believes that pre-sale quality testing is the key to Aquatal's growth not only in the US, but also in the European, African and Australian markets.

Color-coded tubing and labeled components speed up technician installation

Despite factory assembly there are some connections that must be made at your facility. These include the incoming water supply, a drain line and connection to product water storage. The connection of these lines at your facility is often a point of confusion and causes installation delays. Manuals are misfiled or unclear; diagrams are incorrectly labeled, or incorrect connections lead to wasted water and possible damage to internal components.

Our intuitive labeling system eliminates confusion entirely. Every external tube on the system is colored coded for its intended purpose. Blue represents product water, red represents incoming water and green represents waste or concentrate. Recirculation and cleaning lines will also be designated with labels. All external connection fittings are also clearly labeled with words, making the setup simple for even the newest installation technicians. The control panel also has a large labeled quick reference diagram to help identify the connections required. Critical control elements like switches and gauges on all of our RO systems also feature labels.

Auto-flush cycles help prevent scaling during intermittent use

A problem that can occur in both commercial and home RO systems, yet much less common at home is membrane scaling due to infrequent use. If the system is not used regularly and left standing, it is prone to scaling since the minerals from feed water can build up and become an immobile crystalline structure upon the membrane surface. To address this issue and ensure continuous optimum performance and longevity of your RO system when it's not in constant use, Aquatal's systems are equipped with automatic flush functions. When the system is left idle and no water has been run for a specific duration (this is a set variable on each system, typically one to two weeks), it automatically activates to briefly flush any mineral concentrate and prevent potential build-up.

These features combine with durable and high quality construction for the lifetime of the system. Corrosion resistant alloys and durable materials stand up to various installation conditions. Expandability through modular components allows the system to grow along with your business needs and readily available parts and technical assistance from our various international locations and world-class research and development facility will continue to support you every step of the way.

At Aquatal, it's our goal to innovate the original and effective products you need and continue providing service unparalleled by others, before and after the sale. We want you to be able to install any commercial RO system and walk away with confidence that it will work every time, without costly installations and time-consuming startup, while eliminating concerns of membrane scaling.
